American theatre, 19th-century celebrity scandals, women playwrights on Broadway at the turn of the 20th century
Born in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, Mike Lueger earned his B.A. in Theatre and English at the College of the Holy Cross and his MA and doctorate in Drama at Tufts University. He's been teaching Intro to Theatre at 窪蹋勛圖厙 since 2017 and also works at Emerson College. Outside of teaching, he's the Book Review Editor for Theatre Annual and serves as the host and producer of The Theatre History Podcast. He lives near Boston with his wife and son.
